Exercise Resistance Bands For Digital Nomad Exercise

Exercise Resistance Bands For Digital Nomad Exercise

Push ups, jump squats, sit-ups and planks don’t require equipment, but for years I’ve found odd and ineffective ways to do ‘pull’ exercises for bicep, shoulder, and back muscles.

  • Filling my backpack with water bottles.

  • Using my pillows as weights. (Way too light)

  • Lying on the floor lifting my body weight only.

Finding a new gym in every city is an unnecessary hassle and expense, and I don’t want to carry heavy weights in my backpack.

Then, for the first time in perhaps years, I picked up a resistance band. My eyes were opened and my biceps, shoulders, and back muscles felt the burn.

High Pull Resistance With Low Carrying Weight

Stretch bands weigh perhaps a few ounces, but can easily reach over 20 pounds of resistance, and you can double them up. (and they cost almost nothing.)

I now plan to travel with stretch bands forever, training with them every day.

If you’re a digital nomad concerned with your fitness, I recommend adding a resistance band into your pack.
